Services
Engagements are structured around the Passport.
We do not take general development work. Every engagement is scoped around implementing and operating portable credential infrastructure, which keeps our advice specific and our commitments deliverable.
Tier 1
Discovery and pilot
A paid assessment of how identity, achievement and engagement currently work across your platforms — where records are held, what breaks when a product is retired, and what portability would actually require. Concludes with an integration roadmap.
Deliverable: a roadmap you own, useful whether or not you proceed with us.
Tier 2
Integration
Implementation of Bushido Passport into your platform: credential issuance, achievement and asset models, settlement configuration, and certification against our integration requirements.
Deliverable: a certified integration and a Passport licence.
Tier 3
Managed support
We operate and support your credential layer under a recurring agreement — monitoring, upgrades, and the settlement layer kept working so your team does not carry it.
Deliverable: an operated service under a defined agreement.
Specialist practice
Web3 to Web2 migration
A large number of studios are retiring token features and returning to conventional models. That transition is harder than it looks: player holdings have to be honoured or wound down, records have to survive the change, and communities have to be told something credible.
We have run this transition ourselves. Mashiyu retired its own token strategy and moved to base-token settlement, so the advice here comes from having made the decisions rather than having read about them.
Where it fits, a Passport gives migrating studios somewhere for player identity to land — so what players earned is preserved even as the token layer is removed.
Starting a conversation
Most engagements begin with Tier 1, because it is the cheapest way for both sides to find out whether the rest is worth doing.
